What you actually get

Leave with a Jarvis you can actually use.

A practical starting point from the 90-minute live build — not a slide deck, not a collection of prompts.

01

Your first working Jarvis setup — a usable starter configuration, not just a slide deck.

02

One real founder workflow running end-to-end (e.g. “What needs my attention today?”).

03

A simple system for context, priorities, task status and human approvals.

04

A practical understanding of which tasks belong to scripts, local AI or cloud models.

05

A clear blueprint and next steps to connect more tools and grow your Founder OS.

The goal of the session is a working first workflow on a supported setup. Prerequisites will be shared with the waitlist before registration opens.

See Jarvis in action

One request. A coordinated result.

A familiar founder question becomes a briefing and drafts you can act on — with you deciding what goes out.

  1. You ask“Jarvis, what needs my attention today?”
  2. Jarvis reviews the sources you chooseOnly the tools and context you have connected and approved.
  3. You get a concise briefingPriorities, genuine blockers and what is waiting on you.
  4. Next actions are prepared for your approvalDrafts and next steps — nothing external happens until you say so.

Three things need you today:
  • Investor follow-up — a reply has been waiting since last week. Draft prepared.
  • Product decision — the team is blocked until you choose between two options. Summary attached.
  • Partner call at 15:00 — short prep notes from your last conversation are ready.

The 90-minute live build

How the 90 minutes work.

A practical build-along, not a theory class. You build alongside us, step by step.

00–10 min

Map your most painful repeat task and define one measurable outcome.

10–25 min

Set up your Jarvis starter and choose your first connected data source.

25–45 min

Create a basic memory / project context and routing rules.

45–65 min

Run one useful workflow end-to-end.

65–80 min

Add approvals, data boundaries and a simple cost view.

80–90 min

Test, save, and leave with a repeatable next-step plan.

How it works

What Jarvis connects — and what you control.

Four simple building blocks. Simple rules where they are enough, AI only where it adds value.

Tools

The sources you choose to connect for your first workflow. Supported integrations will be confirmed before the session.

Tasks

Priorities and task status in one place, so you stop rebuilding the picture every morning.

Memory

Basic project context Jarvis can refer back to, instead of starting from zero in every chat.

Approvals

Clear rules for what Jarvis may do alone, what it drafts for you, and what stays yours.

Approvals, explained simply

You set the boundaries. The more consequential the action, the more it stays with you.

Level
What it means
Typical examples
Jarvis handles it
Low-risk, internal work inside the sources you approved.
Reading, sorting, summarizing, preparing your briefing.
Jarvis drafts, you approve
Anything that leaves your system or speaks on your behalf.
Replies, follow-ups, calendar changes, posts.
Only you
Consequential or irreversible decisions are escalated to you.
Payments, commitments, deleting or sharing data.
Illustrative

Right tool for the task. Routine steps can run as simple scripts, private context can stay with local AI, and cloud models are used when a task genuinely needs stronger reasoning. The live build includes a simple view of what each step costs, so AI spend stays visible.

Who it is for

For founders already using AI — without a coherent workflow.

If you are the integration layer between your emails, tasks, calendars, documents and a handful of AI chats, this is for you.

A good fit if you are

  • A founder, solo operator or small team already using AI tools.
  • Tired of disconnected prompts, tabs and manual follow-up.
  • Ready to work on one real workflow during the session.
  • Want AI to support your judgment, with approvals where it matters.

Not the right fit if you expect

  • A fully automated business in 90 minutes.
  • A complete enterprise operating system for your whole company.
  • A prerecorded lecture or a list of prompts to copy.
  • An assistant that acts without your approval.

The founder behind it

Built by a founder, for founders.

I’m Vic Goncharuk. I build companies and AI systems, and I run my own work through a personal Jarvis. Your Jarvis / Founder OS is the practical version of that idea: one system that helps founders stop being the integration layer — and keeps the important decisions with them.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What exactly is the format?

A guided 90-minute live build. You set up your own Jarvis starter and run one real workflow during the session — it is not a prerecorded course.

What do I need to take part?

A laptop and access to the tools you want to connect for your first workflow. Exact prerequisites and setup requirements will be sent to the waitlist before registration opens.

Which tools and integrations are supported?

The supported setups and integrations are being confirmed. We will list them clearly before registration, so you know in advance whether your stack fits.

Do I need to be technical?

You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable following a guided setup. Any technical steps will be stated upfront with the prerequisites.

Will I have a full Founder OS after 90 minutes?

You will have a working starting point: your first Jarvis setup, one workflow running end-to-end and a blueprint for what to connect next. A fully automated business does not appear in 90 minutes.

What about my data and privacy?

Jarvis works only with the sources you choose to connect. External and consequential actions stay under your approval, and the session covers how to set data boundaries.

When is it, and how much does it cost?

The date and pricing will be announced to the waitlist first, together with the access details.
